Credit Policy

We offer a 7-day credit policy from the day you receive your item under the following conditions:

Exchanges can only be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.

An exchange will not be made if you return your item with missing parts.

Credit will not be provided if your item is returned with any type of damage (misused or abused merchandise).

All returns must be in their original, undamaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories; otherwise, they will not be accepted.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for shipping, postage costs, and proof of delivery on all returns. Please ensure return shipments are properly packaged and fully insured. We are not responsible for returned packages if they are lost by the carrier or damaged by the carrier.

All defective merchandise may be returned to us only within 7 days of receipt. Misused or abused merchandise will not be considered defective.

Shipping costs (to and from the buyer) will be charged for any refused shipments (including duties, taxes, and customs fees).
